5. Artist Earnings and Payments
Artists retain 100% of their earnings from sales made through the Platform. Payments to artists will be processed via [payment processor] and are subject to the payment processor’s terms and conditions. CauseTunes.com does not take any commission from artists' sales.

6. Nonprofit Advocacy Requirement
Artists using the Platform agree to support nonprofit organizations by using their influence to promote a nonprofit each month. This is a condition for free access to the Platform. CauseTunes.com reserves the right to monitor compliance with this requirement.

7. Brand Collaborations
Artists may be contacted by brands for promotional opportunities. CauseTunes.com facilitates these connections but does not take responsibility for the agreements or transactions between artists and brands. Artists are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements when endorsing products.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.
Artificially inflate streaming numbers or engage in any form of streaming fraud.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CauseTunes.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express permission.

10. Termination
CauseTunes.com may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CauseTunes.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation or the information, content, or materials available on it. CauseTunes.com does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CauseTunes.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CauseTunes.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Roanoke, Virginia, USA, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to Terms
CauseTunes.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
